RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM MANAGER:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, prioritizing individual needs and compliance with state regulations.
  • Foster independence and personal choice for individuals with disabilities through respectful interaction.
  • Execute individual service plans and provide assistance with daily tasks and medication administration.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration among colleagues, residents, and families.
  • Create an environment of support and innovation, driving team success.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM MANAGER:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 1 year of managerial experience.
  • Ability to attain company driver status and pass a level II background check.
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of the position

  • Competitive salary range of $52,000-55,000 annually.
